Over the past 14 years, our organisation, the Physically Active Youth (P.A.Y.) Programme (P.A.Y.) has provided substitute parental support to over 1500 children and
young adolescents from disadvantaged communities. P.A.Y. works to support the attainment of goals outlined in NDP 4, Vision 2030 and Harambee Prosperity Plan
through its continuous, in-depth engagement with young people. Deploying a holistic development methodology, P.A.Y. inculcates critical reasoning skills the youth need to meaningfully contribute to the development of Namibia. P.A.Y. programme provides a safe and constructive platform for a supervised after-school environment for youth. With an approach centred on equity and quality, the programme addresses the physical health, mental wellbeing, learning outcomes and personal development of our children and youth in Grades 1 to 12 as well as out-of-school children.
